Kaitlyn Baptista

Kaitlyn Baptista focuses her practice on complex land use development matters. She specializes in defending environmental and planning interests that are threatened by real estate development projects. Kaitlyn represents public and private clients in matters before the state’s trial courts, and also appears regularly in the Massachusetts Land Court concerning tax lien foreclosure matters.  

Kaitlyn graduated from Bridgewater State University (2011) and Northeastern University School of Law (2015). During law school, Kaitlyn interned with the Honorable Alexander H. Sands, III in the Land Court, and with the White Collar Crime Unit of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts. She joined Hill Law in 2015.
